051212 Macadamia-Maple Sticky Bars
This is a pretty good recipe - the macadamia nuts and maple syrup makes for a nice, sweet combination. The recipe is easy to assemble and if you follow the pan preparation, the bars come out easily from the pan despite all the stickiness. Since I'm not a ginger fan, I omitted the candied ginger. Also, I used raw sugar in place of maple sugar - it all came out delicious! I may very well repeat this recipe sometime in the future.
