This recipe is pretty easy to make. The lime flavor bursts through and the powdered sugar is a must to cut through the tartness. The cookies remind me of Russian teacakes but with a lime flavor and "flat". Great with tea or coffee. Quick to slice up and bake once you've filled the logs.
