082512 Mocha Shortbewad Wedges

Very, very easy recipe with a strong coffee and chocolate flavor -- more on the coffee side since I used freshly ground Puerto Rican coffee. I used a springform pan lined with parchment paper (a little difficult spreading the dough evenly in the pan-parchment kept sliding). The cookies came out just like the picture with a nice texture.
